Opportunity (Part-Time): Joint Personnel / Human Resource Management Subject Matter Expert (SME)
Bottom Line Up Front: Hoplite Group is seeking a part-time Joint Personnel / Human Resource Management SME to assist a partner nation (PN) in designing, publishing, managing, and maintaining a full range of military doctrine to inform Force-wide movement to establish an integrated, coordinated Joint Force.
Location: Remote support (CONUS) and three forward engagements in a partner nation (PN).
Level of Effort: (Part Time) - The hourly expectation per month is between 100 and 120 hours depending on whether travel is expected or not. Current projected engagement dates through the end of the calendar year are: 5-30 September 2024; 31 October-15 November 2024; 6-20 December 2024.

Objective:
The overall objective is professional support in the form of coaching to assist a partner nation senior Ministry of Defense (MoD) and Military leaders. The efforts should establish a strategic and operational level concepts and doctrine to guide future Jointness.

Required Qualifications/Skills:
- Understanding “Personnel Management Functional Area” and military personnel functions and management during operations.
- Joint and Service – level Personnel Policy and Strategy Development.
- Personnel Lifecycle Management principles/processes and how to adapt them to PN needs.
- Role and Value of Military Concepts and Doctrine in Developing a Joint Force.
- Personnel Considerations and Integration into Joint/Service Planning.
- Professional Military Education (intermediate or senior level) in Joint Operations.
- Translating U.S./NATO principles, methods and experiences into understandable, teachable and acceptable content for use in Personnel Doctrine.
- Advising and Enabling Partners to identify, define and achieve their defined goals/doctrine objectives, and conducting events which produce practical, useable military doctrine.
- U.S. Citizen with DoD Secret Clearance.
