Opportunity (Part-Time): Cyber Workforce Development Subject Matter Expert (SME)

Bottom Line Up Front: Hoplite Group is seeking a Cyber Workforce Development SME to support an ongoing initiative focused assisting U.S. Government teammates in developing institutional solutions for a partner nation in cyber security/cyber defense.

Location: Remote support (CONUS) and forward engagements (OCONUS) in a partner nation (PN).

Level of Effort: (Part Time)

Non travel months: approximately 30 hours/month.
Engagement: approximately 80 hours/month during engagement months).
Post-Engagement: Support as needed.

Objective: Provide institutional capacity building (ICB) support through advising, educational instruction, and partner engagement. The SME will assist in:

Assisting U.S. Government teammates in developing a cybersecurity strategy implementation plan for a partner nation.
Creating an ICB engagement plan.
Establishing a cyber workforce framework.
Designing ICB content for virtual and in-person engagements.
Facilitating ICB engagements.

Required Qualifications/Skills:

Expertise in cybersecurity and cyber defense workforce development, including recruitment, retention, career progression, and training systems.
Experience developing and implementing cybersecurity strategy and policy frameworks.
Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to policymakers, technical experts, military leaders, and civilian executives.
Comfortable in assisting government teammates in ICB engagements in both virtual and in-person settings.
Department of Defense current / active SECRET clearance is a must.
